Sea Control System Corporation Limited smoothly delivered the project of loading computer for M/V Chuang Li built by Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., it is a 4,500-ton heavy lift and salvage vessel which belongs to Shanghai Salvage Company(COES) and register by CCS ,compiling with the latest IACS URL5 Type IV specification requirements, meets passenger ship safety regulations (2008) and amendment rules and the requirements for safe return to port (SRTP) based upon MSC.1/Circ.1532.
The vessel is equipped with a large marine engineering crane with lifting capacity of 4500 tons at over stern condition and 3500 tons at revolving conditions, could do lifting operations for object of position under sea of 300 meters or below,suitable for undertaking rescue and salvage services under complicated sea conditions and exploitation services for offshore oil and gas.
