Been directed by Maritime Bureau’s leaders and Maritime College experts, a accreditation council for the CLOAD-Crews’ Cargo Loading Examination System , which was developed by Sea Control Corporation Limited and instructed by college professors, had taken place at site of Shanghai Maritime vocational and technical college on 14th November and came to a successful conclusion.
The Site Verifing-inspection of CLOAD-Crews’ Cargo Loading Examination System, which was developed by Sea Control Corporation Limited, has been carried out by Shanghai Maritime Bureau. The expert team was composed of Professor Wenchang Qiu of Shanghai Maritime College, Captain Jianpin Wang and Yong Cao of Shanghai Maritime Bureau as well as Mr.Bing Feng-Assistant to the Dean, the persons in charge of the navigation technical dept., training center and the Funds management dept. and relevant teachers were all present at the site.
The CLOAD-Crews’ Cargo Loading Examination System of Sea Control Co., Ltd. is technically based on the current bulk carrier, container vessels’ loading distribution indicator , developed the assessment practical training software of cargo’s loading &lash-security, detailed the scoring rubric and settled scoring standard According to the assessment regulation. Combining vessels actual operation , the system also sets the scoring standard which realized the training for the evaluation items such as solid-bulk’s loading, bulk-grains’ loading and containers’ loading etc. as well as computer’s automatic scoring function. Been verifying-inspected at the site, the expert team all considered our company’s CLOAD-Crews’ Cargo Loading Examination System function totally satisfied the requirements of crew loading assessment regulation and conform to the standard of loading training-examination site’s facility&equipment for crews, is suitable to crew’s training of cargo loading& lashing-security and assessment examination.
